Return Eligibility
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Product is unused and in original condition
- Packaging is intact and undamaged
- Product has no signs of use or wear
- Original receipt or order confirmation is available
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable or consumable products
- Customized or personalized items
- Items opened or partially used
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Items without original packaging
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Pack the product securely in original packaging
- Arrange return as instructed by our team
- We will inspect and process the return
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Inspection period: 3-5 business days
- Refund issued to original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days
- Return shipping is customer's responsibility
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos
- We will provide return instructions
- Full refund or replacement will be processed
- Return shipping will be covered by us
Refund Amount
Refund amount includes the product price but excludes:
- Delivery charges paid during original purchase
- Any gift wrap or additional services
Delivery charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error or damaged/defective item.
Cancellation Policy
